RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns & Refunds Condition 

NO returns & refund is accepted EXCEPT for factory defected or damaged item. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 7 days after you have received the order received at WhatsApp Lokalteez After Sales

with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

● Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.

● If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the product(s) to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.

● Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to defect(s) cannot be returned.

 

2. How To Return An Item

2. Mail your returned item back to our warehouse.

 

3. You are expected to receive feedback within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
