SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Turnaround Time 

Ready Stocks

All ready stock orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes, you can collect your purchase from our Store. But do contact us before you come and bring along proof of payment. Call us @ +6014-302 9162

4. International Shipping

Yes. We offer international shipping to Singapore only. We do charged RM40 shipping cost.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. What should I do if my parcels have not been delivered after the given time frame?
